Take One Sportswear Appoints Kendric Hawkins as Head of Football

Take One Sportswear is proud to announce the appointment of Kendric Hawkins as Head of Football, bringing extensive playing, coaching, and athletic leadership experience to the company's growing football division.
A former collegiate football player, Hawkins earned a full athletic scholarship to the University at Buffalo, where he helped secure a Mid-American Conference (MAC) Championship and competed in the International Bowl. His performance on the field earned him several individual accolades, including Freshman All-American honorable mention recognition.
Beyond his playing career, Hawkins has developed a strong background in coaching, athletic administration, and student-athlete development. His experience includes coaching football and serving as an athletic director within the District of Columbia Interscholastic Athletic Association (DCIAA) and D.C. Charter School leagues.
His understanding of the game from multiple perspectives—as a player, coach, and athletic administrator—brings valuable insight into the challenges and expectations facing today's football programs.
